About PowerPoint to PDF

PowerPoint to PDF exports every slide as a PDF page with LibreOffice Impress, so your deck opens the same way on any device.

For sharing lecture slides, pitch decks and training material as a read-only file.

What it does

  • One page per slide
  • Keeps images, charts and shapes
  • Macros never run

How to use PowerPoint to PDF

  1. Upload a presentation.
  2. Select Convert to PDF.
  3. Download the PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are speaker notes included?

No. The PDF contains the slides only.

Do embedded videos work?

Videos cannot play in a PDF. The slide shows the video poster frame if one is stored.

Limits and privacy

Uncommon fonts are substituted. Transitions and animations are not part of PDF. In-browser fallback (PPTX only): text, pictures, filled shapes and tables are drawn; charts, SmartArt, gradients, rotated shapes and custom fonts are simplified.

Everything happens on your device, so your content never reaches our server.

Processing speed depends on your device. Files up to 100 MB are supported; very large documents work best on a computer.
