Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the metaSEO website, https://metaseo.online, and the metaSEO Android application. By accessing or using metaSEO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or application.
1. About metaSEO
metaSEO provides online and mobile tools that may include text editing, image resizing, file conversion, document processing, and other related features.
Features may change, be added, suspended, or removed at any time without notice. Some features may be available only on certain devices, platforms, or versions of the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use metaSEO under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your country, you may use metaSEO only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use metaSEO lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use metaSEO to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload, submit, create, or process content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
- Upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, accounts, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of metaSEO.
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
- Use automated systems to scrape, copy, overload, or misuse the service without our written permission.
- Circumvent advertising, security, access, or usage controls.
- Use metaSEO to process sensitive information unless you understand and accept the associated risks and have a lawful basis to do so.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated or that use of metaSEO creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to metaSEO.
You grant metaSEO and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, transmit, store temporarily, and display your content only as necessary to provide the feature you request, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority required to submit and process your content.
You must not submit content that you are not authorised to use or that contains confidential, highly sensitive, or personal information unless doing so is necessary, lawful, and appropriate.
5. Results and Accuracy
metaSEO tools may produce results based on automated processing. We do not guarantee that results will always be accurate, complete, suitable, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on, publishing, sharing, or using them. You should keep your own backup copies of important files and content.
metaSEO is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, technical, or other specialist advice.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep metaSEO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet problems, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of metaSEO at any time.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
metaSEO may display advertisements through Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the application. Advertisements may be selected or measured using information described in our Privacy Policy.
metaSEO may also rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, file processing, email, advertising, speech recognition, or other functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The metaSEO name, branding, website design, application, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by metaSEO are owned by or licensed to MetaSEO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from metaSEO or its materials.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, metaSEO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
- metaSEO will meet your requirements;
- the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- results will be accurate, complete, or reliable;
- files or content will never be lost, damaged, or corrupted; or
- the website or application will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaSEO and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of metaSEO.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetaSEO and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of metaSEO;
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Your content;
- Your violation of another person’s rights; or
- Your violation of applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using metaSEO at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to metaSEO if you violate these Terms and Conditions, misuse the service, create a security or legal risk, or where continued operation is not commercially or technically practical.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MetaSEO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law. If local consumer-protection law gives you mandatory rights or access to another forum, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits those rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, features, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of metaSEO after an update means that you accept the revised Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
