About Merge PDF
Merge PDF joins two or more PDF files into a single document. Pages keep their original size, orientation, text and links, because the files are combined structurally rather than re-rendered.
Useful for anyone assembling a report from several exports, sending one attachment instead of five, or putting scanned pages back together.
What it does
- Drag files into the order you want before merging
- Text stays selectable and searchable
- Page sizes and orientation are preserved
- Files are deleted automatically after processing
How to use Merge PDF
- Add at least two PDF files.
- Drag the files into the order they should appear, or use the move buttons.
- Select Merge PDF.
- Download the combined document.
Frequently asked questions
Will merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, vector graphics and images are not re-compressed.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool, using the password you already have, then merge the unlocked copy.
Limits and privacy
Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first. The total number of files and file size follow the limits shown on the upload area.
