Frequently asked questions
Does it compare images or formatting?
No. It compares text only. Changes to images, colours or layout are not detected.
Which file is the original?
The first file you add is treated as the original and the second as the revision.
Limits and privacy
Text-only comparison. Scanned PDFs need OCR first. Re-flowed paragraphs can show as changed lines.
Everything happens on your device, so your content never reaches our server.
Processing speed depends on your device. Files up to 100 MB are supported; very large documents work best on a computer.
