About Sign PDF

Sign PDF places a signature you draw with a mouse, finger or stylus onto your document. It is a visual signature: an image on the page. It does not add a certificate-based digital signature and cannot prove who signed or detect later changes.

For everyday forms, delivery notes and informal agreements where a drawn signature is accepted.

What it does

  • Draw with mouse, touch or stylus
  • Place on the first, last or every page
  • Transparent background so it sits naturally on the page

How to use Sign PDF

  1. Upload a PDF.
  2. Draw your signature in the box.
  3. Choose page, position and size.
  4. Select Sign PDF and download.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally binding digital signature?

It is a visual signature. Some organisations accept it; others require a certificate-based digital signature, which this tool does not create.

Is my signature stored?

No. It is used for this job and deleted with the temporary files.

Limits and privacy

Visual signature only (no PKI/certificate signing). Placement uses preset positions rather than free dragging.
