Frequently asked questions

Why are there coloured corners after a custom rotation?

Rotating by an angle that is not a quarter turn creates empty corners. They are filled with your chosen colour, or left transparent for PNG.

Is quality lost?

Quarter turns do not resample pixels. Custom angles require resampling, which softens the image slightly.
